Giuseppe leads both our kitchen and the restaurant — from the menu to the welcome at the door.
Our Head Chef Giuseppe comes from Italy and brings years of international kitchen experience to Karlsruhe. His cooking combines precise technique with bold, Mediterranean influences — shaped by diverse culinary traditions and a deep respect for quality ingredients.
